Mindful, slow movement between postures. Find and target weaknesses in the body: trembles, shudders, lack of co-ordination. Co-ordinate mind-body movements to gently strengthen. Explore steadiness, ease, comfort and strength within mini-flow sequences. All welcome, beginners too! Soothe your soul with graceful easeful movement.
