👣If you have ever looked at ballet dancers and thought how long and lean their muscles are
It’s because of the barre work which encourages the lengthening of muscle fibres – but don’t worry you don’t need to have any dance experience to look like a dancer at a Bella Barre

👣If you would like amazing posture and toned tummies the Pilates portion of the class encourages deep core work to support the back, lengthen the spine and tone up those tummies, the majority of the class is performed in neutral spine to encourage the core be switched on for the majority of the class

👣Therabands and light weights are incorporated throughout the class for arm and back work, and intensified barre work

👣 The Class begins with Yoga & Ballet style stretches and comes to a beautiful end using Yoga style stretches and breath work to have you leaving the class feeling calmed and centred and ready to take on the day
